A practical, interactive and hands-on one day workshop for career specialists, counsellors, HR managers, recruiters, line managers etc. overviewing the career decision making process. It covers topics such as engaging with the client, self-assessment, marketplace information and reality testing and includes hands on access to tools and resources.
