whole new directions in their life and working life while working
with us at career dynamic.
With
their permission, we tell a few of their stories.
TATIANA,

NOW Starting up her own alternative health business in Nelson
Tatiana
returned from Europe after 10 years abroad, strongly motivated to
gain a values alignment between her work and her personal life.
She resisted tempting job offers for corporate roles. Through the
Career Dynamic process the client gained clarity about her needs
and resolved to find a balanced and satisfying solution.
She initially
worked for Ecostore as their Marketing Manager whilst planning her
next move. Now has a new life she loves, an exciting new venture,
a flexible working week and a new passion for her work and life.
SALLY,

NOW Part time trainer and self-employed consultant
Sally
was enjoying her role in a public sector company but was struggling
with her manager. Through the Career Dynamic process she was able
to identify other employers who would suit her as well as the current
one but without the manager problems. She also identified that she
could gain greater satisfaction by having a variety of roles which
would meet her range of career needs.
She now
works part time for one company and is self employed for the rest
of her work.
CHRIS, 32
POSITION Senior Chartered Accountant
Chris
enjoyed his company but was dissatisfied with the immediate work
culture and felt stale and bored with his job. He was led through
the Career Dynamic process enabling him to gain an insight into
what aspects of work gave him satisfaction and enjoyment and to
identify future career direction.
A positive
outcome for the client and the organisation was achieved when Chris
negotiated an internal transfer into a new team and specialty.
HELEN,

WAS Senior Associate Lawyer
NOW Corporate Lawyer
Helen
was doing well in her large professional law firm but was uncertain
that she was in the right place long term. In working with Career
Dynamic she increasingly grew to understand her priorities and what
she valued in her workplace.
With
this knowledge she decided to move on with a positive view of the
employer who had supported her decision making process.
