Credit card payments are processed securely through our authorised payment provider. Career Dynamic does not store or have access to your full credit card details.

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose it was collected for, or as required by New Zealand law.

2. Website Use

By accessing and using the Career Dynamic website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. 3. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on the Career Dynamic website are in New Zealand dollars (NZD).

From 1 November 2025, product prices will be displayed as Retail Price GST Inclusive (previously shown as GST Exclusive). International orders are GST exempt.

We reserve the right to update prices at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we may contact you to confirm or cancel an affected order. Payment is required before goods are dispatched.

4. Shipping Within New Zealand

All purchases are delivered via door-to-door courier services.

From 1 November 2025, product prices will be advertised as Retail Price GST Inclusive (previously shown as Retail Price GST Exclusive). Please contact us in advance if you require a formal quote, prior approval, or purchase order number. Purchases automatically generate an invoice at checkout, activate payment (Credit Card or Bank Transfer) and shipping.

A standard shipping fee of $10 applies to all deliveries under $600, while orders over $600 qualify for free shipping within New Zealand.

5. International Shipping

For door-to-door international orders, we will provide a quote in advance that will include any applicable customs fees, tariffs, or delivery charges from our international courier.

When we receive your approval for the purchase and additional charges, we will issue an invoice, activate payment by Credit Card, and shipping. International purchases are exempt New Zealand GST.

6. Order Processing & Delivery Timeframes

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and the courier service used. Delays caused by couriers, customs, or events outside our control are not the responsibility of Career Dynamic, although we will always assist in tracking your order.

Loss or Damage in Transit
Risk transfers to you once the parcel is collected by the courier. If your order is lost or damaged during delivery, contact us within 7 days so we can work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.

7. Returns, Refunds & Consumer Guarantees

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under New Zealand law. If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as provided under the Act.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, so please choose carefully. If you require additional information before purchasing, we encourage you to contact us.

8. Product Origin & Information

All card-based products and packaging are designed and manufactured in New Zealand. Detailed product information is available on our website. If you require additional details prior to purchase, please contact Career Dynamic.

9. Intellectual Property

All Career Dynamic products—including card sort content, frameworks, written materials, and packaging—are the intellectual property of Career Dynamic. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Career Dynamic is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from the use of our website or products. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
