All purchases are delivered via door-to-door courier services. From 1 November 2025, product prices will be advertised as Retail Price GST Inclusive (previously shown as Retail Price GST Exclusive). Please contact us in advance if you require a formal quote, prior approval, or purchase order number. Purchases automatically generate an invoice at checkout, activate payment (Credit Card or Bank Transfer) and shipping. A standard shipping fee of $10 applies to all deliveries under $600, while orders over $600 qualify for free shipping within New Zealand.

Purchases are delivered via international door-to-door courier services. On receipt of your order, we will obtain a shipping quote that includes any applicable international courier charges, customs fees, tariffs, or duties at your port of entry. We will then send you an invoice that includes these charges and the cost of your purchase. You must confirm acceptance of this invoice within 48 hours. Upon confirmation, we will activate payment (Credit Card only) and arrange shipping. International purchases are exempt from New Zealand GST.
